INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Regulatory bodies and customs agents in countries outside the US are increasingly restricting the import of dietary supplements. Consequently, we cannot distribute our product in many foreign countries without obtaining a license from government regulators. Additionally, arranging for direct distributors in these countries is challenging due to restrictive regulations.

The Covid-19 pandemic has further complicated the situation, with import policies rapidly changing and many countries imposing even more stringent restrictions. As a result, we are unable to ship to certain countries at this time.

Please be aware that once our product leaves our shipping department, Longevinex has no control over its delivery. We will do our best to assist you when possible, but certain factors are beyond our control.

Shipping, Taxes, and Import Fees: International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees.

Returned Orders:

  • If your order is returned to Longevinex due to a banned/restricted products policy, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order, or because no one was available to take delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will receive a refund for the total amount of the product only; the shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Address or Other Customer Error: If a package is returned to Longevinex due to an address error or any other error made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. You will receive a refund for the total amount of the product only; the shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Customer Refusal: If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees or for any other reason, Longevinex will issue a refund for the product only, upon receipt of the returned package. The shipping charge is non-refundable

  • Lost Packages: Lost packages must be reported to Longevinex within 30 days from the date of purchase.
